Driving across Kentra Moss directly from the cottage - careful though - inspect first and only with a 4x4 and an experienced off-road driver!

The River Shiel just below the cottage - where I spotted an otter in December 2010!

Where River Shiel comes out into the sea - about 20mins walk from the cottage; you can also see the ruined Castle Tioram:
