Prices - for the whole cottage including linen and electricity, sleeping up to 4 people.

The dates above are the first bookable week, starting Saturday, until the Friday at the end of the last bookable week.
Prices are for a week (Sat 4pm - Sat 10am) at the cottage, including all linen, electricity and a starter pack of logs.
A deposit of approx 1/3 of the week's price is required on booking: £150 for the £450 and £500 weeks; £175 for the £550 weeks.

Payments may be made by UK bank transfer(if you use online banking), cheque, or PayPal(for International and credit card payments)

Discounts (only 1 discount may be applied to each booking)
10% off any week if all guests staying there travel to and from the cottage by public transport - see Links page for timetables.
10% off any week for 1 or 2 people only using 1 bedroom.
20% off a 2nd consecutive week booked at the same time. Excluding cleaning or fresh linen between the weeks. More than 2 consecutive weeks by arrangement.

Pets with well-trained owners are welcome at Easternmost !  The garden is well fenced and gated; there is a quiet, well trained Border Collie dog next door. There is 1 largeish plastic dog bed in the cottage - please bring all your own pet bedding, cushions, litter trays etc. and do not allow your pets onto any of the furniture or into either of the bedrooms or bathrooms so that those guests who suffer from allergies may enjoy the cottage too. 
Please clean up all faeces from the garden and surrounding areas and leave £10 per pet per week in cash on the kitchen table for the changeover cleaner.

Short Breaks - by negotiation; Not during July, August, Easter or English and/or Scottish Holiday weekends; Minimum 3 nights and probably priced at 60% of the relevant weekly rate for 3 nights; 70% for 4 nights; 80% for 5 nights.

Booking procedure

1. Check availability on the calendar above.
2. Phone or email Annabel to confirm availability and price.
3. When we have agreed your dates and price, the calendar will be updated within 7 days to show your provisional booking. We will then send you our Terms and Conditions and agree how you will pay your deposit (cheque, bank transfer and probably Google Pay will be available).
4. When your deposit has been credited to our bank account, and you have accepted our Terms and Conditions in writing, we will send you a written Booking Confirmation which will show when your Final Payment is due and how it will be paid.
   
5. Final Payments will be due 5 weeks before the start of your week in Easternmost. When your final payment has been received, you will also receive Arrival information for the cottage.
